I am almost certain I know this spot by the river. This is 鴨川 at an area called 三条橋 and 木屋町. That is an amazing perception of that moment between two lovers. I wish I could see what you see there. My memory of that same spot is very different.

Kyoto is very cinematographic and very romantic place. MAybe one day you can see what I see there...
